Törggelen in the Isarco Valley: alive South Tyrolean traditions at the Schoberhof

Autumn in South Tyrol is dominated by the Törggelen, and it breaks the time for connoisseurs too. The custom exists in the Alpine valleys south of the Alps for centuries and eagerly this time is by locals and holiday guests expected. In October, the restaurant serves hearty Alpine specialties in the restaurant businesses and taverns and passed to the fledgling wine of the current season.
